Briefing: Final spring semester intervention that challenges the transformation of an existing academic library located at Carnegie Mellon University's Campus. The transformation includes proposing new study spaces. Project explores the definitions of old versus new conditions as well as distinguishing material and tectonics of the new extensions. 
Thesis: Current Hunt Library remains untouched as additional modular pods define new study spaces as well acting as a new canopy to the main entrance. Pods offer users the freedom to occupy the space and circulate through the intervention based on types of panels placements. Various panels such as white boards and windows placement are based off of seasonal changes or types of occupation of the spaces; Rooms can be separated (individual)  or enlarged (group) by adding or subtracting the panels
